By creating an account on pk444, you represent and warrant that:
pk444 reserves the right to demand documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Players in Pakistan are required to submit a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as the primary identity document. Where CNIC verification reveals that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, any real-money balance will be refunded, and any bonus winnings will be forfeited.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with pk444. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — are strictly prohibited. pk444 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any outstanding balances may be forfeited, and the player will be permanently excluded from the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pk444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or login details. pk444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. 2FA settings are manageable directly within the account security panel.
pk444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There are no deposit fees charged by pk444, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits are credited to your pk444 PKR wallet in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon cleared receipt, typically within 15 to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following three network confirmations.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your pk444 account originate from a payment source in your own name and that no deposited funds originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. pk444 reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time and to freeze or return funds pending such verification.
Withdrawals from pk444 are processed exclusively to verified payment methods that have been previously used for deposit by the same account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds return to their point of origin. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or unverified payment channels will not be processed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. pk444 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times vary by method:
Withdrawals will only be processed following successful completion of KYC verification. pk444 may apply additional verification checks for withdrawals exceeding PKR 100,000 per transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk444 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

pk444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of CNIC data for age verification and KYC compliance purposes.
pk444 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver services and fulfil regulatory obligations.
pk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:
On termination for breach, pk444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no fraud or breach is established following review, verified real-money balances will be refunded to the player's last verified payment method within 14 business days of account closure.
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Voluntary closures do not result in forfeiture of verified real-money balances, which will be processed as a standard withdrawal.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from the use of pk444 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pk444 holds its international gaming license authorisation.
In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact pk444 support in the first instance to seek resolution. pk444 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under the platform's applicable gaming license.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence.
